If you think the best of London Fashion Week is yet to come, we’ve got bad news.

It’s already happened.

Two days ago, the British Asian Trust and God My Silent Partner Foundation collaborated for a show at the Waldorf Hotel which featured two incredible women – Laxmi Agarwal and Adele Bellis.

Both are acid attack survivors.

Rise On The Runway presented collections from designers Lucy Choi London and Raishma Couture to launch the #giveagirlafuture campaign, which will work to empower girls and women in South Asia.

Laxmi, 26, who’s originally from Delhi, was attacked 13 years ago by her stalker.

He proposed to her and when she declined, he threw acid all over her face and arms – scarring her for life.
