Feeding Vulnerable Communities

In the UK, half a million people are now dependent on food aid and 1 in 5 mothers report regularly skipping meals to better feed their children. Malnourishment is a growing problem in London in particular. The high cost of living and rising prices have pushed many into poverty.

GMSP Foundation believes in contributing to a compassionate society that provides a safety net for the most vulnerable among us.

In 2008, GMSP Foundation supported Food for All to deliver food across London to where it was needed. Their van, which collected food donated by supermarkets and restaurants, reached 850 people a day. Majority users were homeless and elderly people and young families with children.
